9Mind operates on a monthly subscription basis. Your subscription automatically renews each month unless you choose to cancel.

There are no long-term contracts or commitments required.

Cancellation Terms

You can cancel your subscription at any time you wish. There are:

• No cancellation fees
• No penalties
• No questions asked
• No minimum commitment period

Your cancellation will be effective immediately, and you will not be charged for the next billing cycle.

How to Cancel

3. Confirm your cancellation

You can also send an email to hello@9mind.space with your account details and request for cancellation. We will process it within 24-48 hours.

Access After Cancellation

After cancellation:

• You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period
• No refund will be provided for the remaining days of the current month
• Your account will automatically switch to the free tier (if available) after the billing period ends
• You can reactivate your subscription at any time

Reactivation

You can reactivate your subscription at any time by logging into your account and selecting a subscription plan. Your previous data and preferences will be preserved.
